Q. What if I need help with things that are not on your list of services?

A. Let’s talk about them! Once the right foundation is in place, most marketing tactics become much easier to execute. I can help provide additional services or connect you to someone who can. Typical add on services include:

  • Branding

  • Web Design/ UX

  • Customer Research

  • Content Creation

  • Social Media Management

  • Digital Ads (Facebook, PPC, Remarketing, etc.)

  • Art Direction or Creative Briefs

  • Project Management

Additionally, my years of experience make me a great fit for lots of other projects that we can work on together, such as Process Improvement, Business Development, Powerpoint and Spreadsheet Creation, Spanish Translations, and Team Management.

Q. Do I have the budget?

A. Marketing your business is key to growth, so it is an important investment to make to get to where you want to go. You typically need someone experienced to set the strategy, figure out how much support you need, and how much oversight you need to give it. Once you know that, you can find an employee or virtual assistant to help with the ongoing execution. However, without that strategy, you could spend a lot of extra time and money trying to figure it all out. One hour of planning, can save you 10 hours in implementation.

Additionally, hiring a marketing consultant is less expensive than hiring an agency, and you get more dedicated attention. It is also less expensive than using the CEO’s (that’s you!) time to learn marketing. If that isn’t enough, be sure to consider the negative ROI of putting your marketing efforts at the bottom of your to do list.

If budget is still a concern, we can figure out a solution that will fit your budget based on your priorities.

Q. What if I am not happy with the marketing Plan?

A. I am committed to helping make planning your marketing strategy easier for you. If you aren’t happy with the marketing plan or feel you do not have a good enough understanding of it, I am available to walk you and your team through it so you get to a good place.

Q. What if we get too many sales and can’t handle the workload?

A. First, we’ll celebrate! Then we will put our heads together and come up with a plan to support sales and ensure the customer experience doesn’t suffer. I can help provide execution services or find you a trusted resource who can.
